Program Description
Event Details
Tweens ages 8-12 meet once a month to discuss a book, then watch and compare the movie version. A good-faith effort to finish the book each month is required. We'll also do fun, related enrichment activities and of course eat snacks! Copies of the book are available through the library so kids can come prepared.
This is a popular event that frequently has a waitlist. If you are unable to attend, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to others who may be waiting.
September's book is Flora and Ulysses by Kate Dicamillo, and we will watch the 2020 movie version of the book. Please contact the library to reserve a copy of the book.
