Children's Art Class 101

Children's Art Class 101 is a three part series designed to help introduce children ages 8-11 to the basics of art. Through exercises in different mediums, participants will learn how to "see" things in order to bring them to life on the page. Preference will go to those who can attend all three sessions as space is limited and each session will build upon prior information taught. 

Participants will create a final work of art in the last class and will become more confident in their artistic abilities as an overall outcome for the program. Children's Art Class 101 is designed to spark ideas and an interest in art, not to create a specific piece that every participant will make.
