Join us via Zoom on May 11th at 4pm for a session on journaling and mindfulness with Diana Laughlin.

 

Through centering practices, guided meditation, and journaling with prompts, we'll practice techniques to stay calm and centered during challenging times. All levels of experience are welcome, including beginners.
