Program Description

Event Details

Join us for an exploration of ancient and effective healing modalities with Lori Stott and Dee Stringham.

Lori will speak to the 8 Limbs of Yoga, including pranayama (life-force tuning) and dhyana (meditation) and the many benefits of incorporating a daily practice. Dee will share her knowledge about singing bowls, sound healing, and gongs. Together, they will facilitate an intro class of breathwork techniques and sound bowls.

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat or blanket, and if you wish, a cushion or pillow. Participants may also be seated in a chair for the entire class. No previous experience necessary in yoga, breathwork or sound healing.

Don't miss this nurturing evening that will help center and ground you for the upcoming winter season!
