Estate planning doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. In this workshop, you'll learn the difference between wills and trusts, medical and general power of attorneys, probate and beneficiary designations. Discover tools that can avoid probate, protect assets, manage money for minors, people with disabilities, or addiction.

This informative workshop is great for first time planners, experienced executors, and everyone in between.  Plan for the avoidable in an enjoyable and stress-free setting!

Your guide is Chelsea Victor, a local estate planning attorney that has been practicing law for over 20 years. She provides advisement on wills, trusts, probate, business start-ups, real estate, and taxation. When she's not practicing law, she is either coaching volleyball, running her animal rescue, or homeschooling her 4 kids.
