Purpose of Meeting
The Town of Lyons Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) would like to host a community open house to inform residents and businesses about the tax incentives, preservation benefits, and logistics of locally designating their historic (more than 50 years old) properties. The informational session will be led by Lindsey Flewelling, Ph.D., preservation planner with History Colorado and hosted by the HPC. All are welcome.
